Overseeing more than 200 coaching engagements annually, he ensured seamless execution and remarkable results. Leveraging his deep understanding of Adult Learning principles, Geremy developed and implemented proprietary coaching methodologies, fostering sustainable growth and development for individuals and organizations alike.
Recognizing the value of data-driven insights, Geremy forged strategic partnerships with industry-leading assessment providers, including TTI Success Insights and Team Coaching International.
